These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, as well as all quotations, orders, sales, branding, and delivery of goods. By accessing or using this website, or by requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Mukase Promotions provides a platform to browse and request products, including but not limited to clothing, corporate wear, promotional items, gifts, headwear, and display products. Many of these items can be customised and branded according to your specific requirements.
2. Restrictions of Website Usage
Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes. Product images and information may only be used for promotional purposes related to Mukase Promotions products. Any misuse of content, including representing yourself or your business as Mukase Promotions, is strictly prohibited.
3. Quotations and Order Placement
Quotation Requirement: All orders must be preceded by an official quotation issued by Mukase Promotions. Quotations are based on supplier availability, pricing at the time, and the details provided by the client.
Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once the quotation has been formally approved by the client in writing and, where applicable, payment has been received.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order based on factors including stock availability, pricing accuracy, and supplier confirmation.
4. Stock Availability and Supplier Dependency
All products are sourced from third-party suppliers and are subject to availability at the time of processing.
While Mukase Promotions makes every effort to confirm stock before issuing a quotation, stock is not guaranteed and may change without notice, even after quotation approval or payment.
In the event that stock becomes unavailable at any stage:
• The client will be notified as soon as possible
• Alternative products or solutions will be offered where possible
• If no suitable alternative is accepted, a refund will be processed for the affected items
Mukase Promotions will not be held liable for any loss, damages, or delays arising from stock unavailability from suppliers.
5. Lead Times and Estimated Delivery
Any estimated lead times or delivery dates provided are approximate and subject to change due to supplier delays, production timelines, shipping constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances. Lead times exclude weekends, South African public holidays, and supplier shutdown periods.
6. Branding and Customisation
Branding services (including printing, embroidery, and other methods) are available at an additional cost.
Full payment is required before any branding or customisation process will begin.
Mock-ups or artwork approvals may be required before production. Once approved, Mukase Promotions will not be held responsible for errors in approved artwork.
7. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: Payment methods will be communicated on the quotation or invoice. Orders will only proceed once payment has been confirmed in our account, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits: For larger orders, a deposit may be required. The balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch or collection.
Credit Accounts: Where credit facilities are approved, separate terms and conditions will apply as per the credit agreement.
8. Delivery Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the courier or destination (for example, items containing batteries).
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that selected products comply with delivery regulations for their chosen destination.
9. Production & Delivery Lead Times
Lead times and delivery timeframes provided by Mukase Promotions are estimates only and are dependent on supplier availability, stock confirmation, branding requirements, customer confirmation, and courier schedules.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Commence on the working day after layout/artwork approval and receipt of full payment.
• Standard production lead times are generally 7–10 working days, depending on the product type, supplier availability, and branding requirements.
• Any amendments to artwork, layout, or order details after approval may result in delays to the production and delivery timeline
DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched via third-party courier services and risk in the goods passes to the client upon dispatch from our supplier or branding facility.
• Delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 working days after order completion and dispatch, depending on the delivery address and courier service used.
• Delivery fees will be quoted separately and are dependent on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
Mukase Promotions does not offer collection services. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the client.
